Melinda Nail
Treasurer
Melinda met Scott while working together, around 2011. Like Scott, Melinda also lost a loved one to cancer. She lost her sister to leukemia at the age of 30. This ignited her passion for giving what she could to research and finding a cure for cancer.
While working with Scott, they shared their stories and found that they had a lot of similarities, but more than anything, their goals were aligned in doing whatever they could to find a cure. Melinda then began volunteering for the Amazing Grace Golf Classic in 2013. Over the years, she has assisted in a variety of roles for the tournament, to continue to build and grow the amount donated directly to research.
Melinda has 14 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, in several industries.
Melinda and her husband, Jared, have two children. “I am truly grateful to have a healthy family and understand others are not as fortunate. It means so much to us to be able to give what we can to support and grow the Grace Ashley Scasny Foundation.”
